How do I find the right part for my system?

Three options. Search by part number if you have the OEM code from Parker, Danfoss, Linde, Kawasaki, Kayaba or Grundfos — our search recognises both manufacturer codes and aftermarket cross-references. Browse by category if you know the component type (pumps, valves, cylinders, etc.). Or send a spec sheet to our engineering desk and we'll cross-reference against our 3,000+ SKU catalogue within one business day.

Can I order without setting up an account?

Yes — guest checkout is available on all standard catalogue items. For volume orders, RFQ pricing, or trade account credit terms, you'll need a registered business account. Register here — approval typically takes 1 business day.

Do you offer trade pricing or volume discounts?

Yes. Trade discounts apply automatically on registered business accounts. Volume pricing kicks in at 5+ units of the same SKU, with bracket discounts at 10, 25 and 50 units. For project quotes spanning multiple SKUs, contact our sales desk and we'll prepare a consolidated RFQ.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Stripe and PayPal at checkout. Trade accounts can request 30-day net terms after the first three orders, subject to credit check. Bank transfer is available for orders over AUD $5,000 — contact sales for our banking details.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide. We dispatch from our Australian and UK warehouses with DHL, FedEx and UPS as standard carriers. Most orders to Australia, UK, Europe and the USA arrive in 3–7 business days. APAC, Middle East and South America typically 5–10 days. Restricted destinations and dangerous goods classifications may extend lead times — we'll flag this at checkout.

How fast can you dispatch?

Stocked items placed before 2pm AEST/GMT ship same-day. Items marked In stock on the product page are physically held in our warehouse — no third-party drop-shipping. Items marked 2–3 days are sourced from manufacturer stock; items marked RFQ are made-to-order and lead times vary by manufacturer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Standard Australia-wide ground shipping starts at AUD $19.95 for orders under 5kg. Orders over AUD $500 ship free within Australia. International shipping varies — we use live carrier rates from DHL/FedEx/UPS so you get the actual cost, not a marked-up estimate.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number within 2 hours of dispatch via email. Live tracking is also available in your account dashboard under Order history. For urgent orders, our sales desk can monitor shipment progress and contact carriers directly on your behalf.

Are your engineers actually qualified?

Yes. Our 24/7 technical desk is staffed by qualified hydraulic and pneumatic engineers — not call-centre agents reading from scripts. Each engineer holds relevant trade certifications and has shop-floor experience with the systems they support. We can help with fitment checks, sizing calculations, retrofit advice, cross-reference lookups and failure-mode diagnosis.

Can you help me size a pump or valve for my application?

Yes — sizing support is included with every order. Send us your operating pressure, flow rate, viscosity, drive speed and duty cycle, and our engineers will recommend a suitable component from our catalogue with full datasheets. We don't custom-build parts ourselves, but we can spec the right OEM component for almost any standard industrial application.

Do you supply datasheets and certifications?

Always. Every component ships with its full manufacturer datasheet, and certifications are provided on request — including ATEX, IECEx, ISO 9001, CE marks and material traceability certificates where applicable. For aerospace, marine or pressure-vessel applications, let us know at order time and we'll bundle the relevant compliance documents.

Can you cross-reference a discontinued part?

Yes — cross-referencing is one of the things we do most. Send us the original part number (even if the manufacturer has dropped it) and our engineering desk will identify a current equivalent or compatible alternative. Cross-reference lookups are free and typically come back within 4 business hours.

What's your returns policy?

30 days from delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly supplied — in which case we cover everything and process a replacement immediately.

What if my part is faulty?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We'll arrange a free pickup, dispatch a replacement immediately, and handle the manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf — you don't deal with Parker or Danfoss directly. Most warranty replacements ship within 48 hours of fault confirmation.

How long do warranties last?

OEM warranty applies to all genuine components — typically 12 months for Parker, Danfoss, Linde and Kawasaki, 24 months for Grundfos. Aftermarket equivalents carry a 6-month warranty as standard. Extended warranty options are available on power units and packaged systems — ask at order time.

How do I set up a trade account?

Register here with your business details and ABN/VAT number. Standard approval takes 1 business day. Trade accounts unlock automatic discount tiers, RFQ pricing, saved part lists, and 30-day net terms after three orders.

Can multiple people use one trade account?

Yes. Your account admin can invite up to 10 team members, each with their own login and role-based permissions (browse-only, place orders, approve invoices, manage account). Useful for procurement teams where engineers spec parts and accounts payable handles checkout.

Where do I download invoices?

Account dashboard → Order history → click any order to download its invoice as PDF. Trade accounts also receive monthly statement summaries by email on the 1st of each month. If you need a re-issued invoice with updated billing details, contact accounts and we'll send it within one business day.
